Registration for the 58th DE-MD-DC Division Annual Meeting and Education Forum being held June 8-10, 2012, is now open!

Registration Information

There are several payment options available for the meeting:

PayPal- please click here for online registration and to pay via credit card.  Please send an email, indicating that you have registered and paid via PayPal to Shanthi Srinivasachar, CAP-OM at shanthi4@verizon.net

Pay by Check - please print and fill out the registration form and mail with a check (full payment) to Shanthi Srinivasachar, CAP-OM at the address below.

Pay in Installments (checks are the only form of payment for installments) - The first payment (50% or $87.50) is due with the registration form by March 5, 2012.  The second payment is due May 7, 2012.  In the memo section of your check, please indicate which installment payment you are including.  Please send checks ($87.50 each) and your registration form to Shanthi Srinivasachar, CAP-OM.

Hotel Information

The Sheraton Columbia Town Center Hotel is located at 10207 Wincopin Circle, Columbia, MD 21044 (410-730-3900).

Room rates start at $99/night.  The deadline for booking within the block room rate is May 24, 2012.  Hotel reservations can be made by phone at 1-888-627-8318.  To take advantage of the block room rate, be sure to identify yourself as being with IAAP, DE-MD-DC Division. 

Vendor Exposition - Friday, June 8, 2012 from 10 am - noon
